Nation's Best High Schools, According To Newsweek

Newsweek's annual list is based largely on the percentage of high school students who participate and succeed in Advanced Placement tests:  Full List of the Nation’s Top High Schools.  LPHS comes in at #45, continuing its steady doward spiral.  I don't know if there are any other CPS or Illinois schools that made it.

  • Did anyone notice that five of the top 30 schools in Newsweek's best schools' list did not make AYP?

    They must have terrible principals, too, huh?
