More Questions About Universal Preschool

Talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth.  While many might consider Preschool For All the biggest success of the past legislative year, others -- including the authors of this Tribune opinion piece -- remain unconvinced:

"If the full promise of quality preschool is to be realized, two challenges must be met. There has to be enough money to accomplish the goal and the excesses of a "no preschooler left behind" mentality must be avoided.
