  • It is time for all Local School Councils too take a stand for those who can't speak for themselves.

What we have to understand about power is, it is not given, it is taken.

Those of us who are proudly serving our children as LSC members with no respect coming from cps, mayor daley,or the board of education etc need to stand up and take back the education of our children from the education fools and demand better.

Chicago Public Schools belongs to the people of Chicago, these people are the public servers of our needs, that is what they are getting paid for.

We should be getting more and better for our money!

Stand Up And Fight For Our Babies.

During my years I have learn one thing about "the truth" and that is "It can not be brough, sold or given away!"

  • In our fight for the education of our students we have gotten 30 new desktops and 60 laptop computers a new soon to be finish computer and scienc lab.

The battle has not really began yet, because both CPS and The Board of Education is still lying to us. This really have made the black in me come out to the truest since of the word.

Our children do have a voice of their own to used, then again who is going to listern to children.

There is a problem when you are a public servant elect to assist those who put you in office and then you take public funds to enrich busnesses, I really have a problem with that.

There still is a space problem at Wadsworth and someone is going to give us the answers we are seeking follow by positive solutions for the betterment of our students and staff.

Where is the Teacher's Union? Church Leaders? Concerned Community Members? Our Aldermen?

I for one will stand fast in my belief that all students has a right to the best education money can buy. Sometimes all it takes is one to make a difference.
