Is Spry The Chicago Model?

As previewed in last week's "Month In Review," NPR broadcast a profile of Spry and its principal, Carlos Azcoitia, that focuses on things like the cross-age tutoring (older kids tutoring younger kids), late starts for slow-to-wake high schoolers, and a K-12 format like that used in many private schools.
