I'm working on a piece right now about PD in small schools -- specifically that it isn't necessarily easier to have or do good ("developmental") PD in small schools. It's based on a CCSR/CHSRI report that came out a couple of months ago.
I've got lots of folks to call, but if you have some direct experience and want to tell me what's what, I'd appreciate it. What blocks you from having good PD in your small school?
