According to this Pioneer Press story, everyone who got their tests on time took the tests on time -- despite permission to wait an extra week.
"Malon Edwards, a CPS spokesman, said all the schools that received their tests on time proceeded with the exam as scheduled."
I may be wrong (as usual), but I somehow doubt that schools given an extra week to prepare for the ISAT didn't take advantage of it. I'll let you know if I find out the answer.
