Catalyst Revamps Its Web Page

Notice anything different? Catalyst's front page has some changes:

The main change is that the "Notebook," a relatively new section of online-only stories, is now front and center on the page rather than being tucked over in a small box next to District299. They also seem to have merged Comings & Goings into the Notebook section, which streamlines the reader experience.

I think these are both good moves, along with the regular updates that have become a staple. It's not the in-depth feature-writing and analysis that Catalyst is known for, but it's timely and newsy (they broke the CICS unionization story, for example). And moving the Notebook to center stage makes it more obvious where the new news is to be found.

What do you think?
