Chicago rapper Lil Durk is being held on a $100k bond for a gun charge, but according to DNAinfo, Durk's lawyer has proof of the rappers innocence.
"Lil Durk is being represented by one of Chicago's most animated criminal defense attorneys, Sam Adam, Jr., who said he has nine affidavits from witnesses swearing to Lil Durk' innocence. One of the witnesses, Adam said admitted the gun was his."
Lil Durk, who real name is Durk D. Banks, is charged with unlawful use of a weapon by felony. According to police, this is his second offense. In 2011, the 20-year-old rapper was hit with possession of firearm with defaced serial numbers, which he later pleaded guilty, according to court records.
