  • He used bad judgment then. When was that? 1988? Hasn't the statute of limitation expired on this peccadillo?

    BTW, Doris Kearns Goodwin, Stephen Ambrose, George Harrison, and even Martin Luther King Jr. were guilty of this charge. Not bad company to be in.

    It is reasonable to use the same standard that the Democrats use regarding the statute of limitations when Republicans are concerned -- that it never expires. Mitt Romney's alleged bullying in high school was front and center when he ran for president.

  • Plagiarism, or nearly so, is a despicable flaw in my eyes as a writer and editor. But surely it's a lesser problem than those Mr. Biden's presumed opponent has displayed for too long. I'd start listing them, but it's already late in the day.
