Make Dwyane Wade the Chicago Bulls head coach

After reading K.C. Johnson's fine analysis, Dwyane Wade, Jimmy Butler rip teammates, who then take to Twitter, the thought occurred to me that the Bulls should make Dwyane Wade their head coach. Now.

wadeWade and all-star Jimmy Butler went on record as they criticized their teammates for listless, uncaring or stupid playing. In effect, lamenting that head coach Fred Hoiberg's inability, reluctance or whatever to provide the kind of leadership the club needs.

It's hard for me to imagine that people who are paid millions would dog it. If they're being openly attacked by their teammates, then they ought not feel so comfortable. But making them feel uncomfortable is the coach's job.

So why not Wade getting the job now? He's smart, experienced, motivated and wouldn't let anyone slack off. And he would be the coach, not some distant folks in the front office who don't seem to know how to put a winning team together.
