"Housing prices and market set to rebound"

After falling 34% over the past six years, U.S. home prices will soon bottom. They could turn back up by spring 2013.

At least that's what this article in Barron's says. The article's author, Jonathan R. Laing, finds a "bifurcated" market in which some housing sectors are doing well, and others have a longer way to go. What do you think?
