  • I sort of have the feeling that he put 2+2 together and got 22,222.78.

    There would be a link only if he proved that someone corrupted the NLRB. In any event, any final NLRB decision would be subject to judicial review, and it would be up to the courts to decide if the decision is consistent with the NLRA. While the Chicago Way is to have Berrios and Burke slate state judges, I'm pretty sure that's not how federal judicial appointments in the D.C. Circuit work.
