More on the Supreme Court and health care

What would James Madison, Father of the Constitution, thought of the health care act? Not much.My earlier post about the constitutional problems with the health care act is echoed in this fine piece in the American Thinker. 
It refers to the Federalist Papers, Number 10, written by James Madison, in which he elaborates on how the separation of powers is central to the Constitution to prevent the capture by the government by a bunch of tools.
