Let's spend billions more...

...that we don't have. As we read deeper into Obama's newest health legislation, the Illinois Policy Institute discovers this:


A massive Medicaid expansion -- one of the key reasons state governments across American objected to Congress's health care takeover -- is back from the dead and in President Obama's revamped health care plan.


Obama's proposal grows Medicaid eligibility to everybody with income up to 133 percent of the federal poverty level and requires states to pay 5 percent cost sharing in 2018, rising to 10 percent cost sharing in 2020.

  • Let real cost,competition and consumerism dictate where healthcare goes.Lets remove the state barriers our elected officials erected.Allow small businesses to pool its workers to get group rates.Tort reform.Allow health insurance savings accounts.I didn't come up with these ideas I read them somewhere else.There are many more.Look at some of these before we go and spend a trillion or 2 or 3 on another government program.
