Here's someone who managed to get his name in print by predicting that the housing market won't recover until 2013. 

This, of course, is total baloney. Here's some new figures indicating that the housing market already is turning around. My wife, who is in residential sales, also notices an upturn in activity and some good statistical signs suggesting a return--not to the housing bubble--but a more rational market.
