Illinois to enter carp wars. Maybe

At last, some rumblings from Illinois about fighting the threats to its barge and waterway industries. The Illinois Chamber of Commerce is gearing up with the state to file a response to suits filed by other Great Lakes states seeking the closure of the locks on the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal to prevent the migration of the Asian Carp into Lake Michigan.

Does this put liberal environmentalist Pat Quinn in a box? Will the governor fight for his state? More to come, I'm sure.
