The college football season continues to provide questions. Georgia star Todd Gurley is indefinitely suspended for signing autographs, but Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston will play against Notre Dame this weekend in spite of his signature being readily available. Some significant NFL players saw their 2014 seasons end prematurely last weekend, including NY Giants receiver... Read more »

2014 NFL Mock Draft: FINAL

2014 NFL Mock Draft: FINAL
There comes a time in each NFL offseason where mock drafts become redundant and annoying. That point was about a month ago. With the NFL pushing the draft back into May this year, it afforded teams enough time to lie about players they love and make up garbage about other prospects to create a cloud... Read more »

2014 NBA Mock Draft: Final Four Edition
It’s been almost a full month since we last discussed the 2014 NBA Draft, and a lot has changed since then. A number of college players helped – or hurt – their draft stock in the NCAA tournament, and the Philadelphia 76ers haven’t won a game. As was the case in our first mock draft,... Read more »

The 2014 NBA Draft could be dramatically impacted by a return to Duke by Chicago's own Jabari Parker, who would undoubtedly be a top-3 pick. In this first mock draft, we're saying he stays at Duke for a sophomore year.

2014 NFL Mock Draft: Black Monday 2-Round Edition
The 2013 NFL season ended on Sunday, with a lot of excitement in a few cities and despair in others. Black Monday has already claimed its share of coaches: Washington fired Mike Shanahan Cleveland fired Rob Chudzinski Detroit fired Jim Schwartz Tampa Bay fired Greg Schiano (and General Manager Mark Dominik) Minnesota fired Leslie Frazier This... 2014 NFL Mock Draft: Rivalry Week Edition

In case you missed it, college football got crazy this weekend. Players on both sides of the field at the Auburn-Alabama game made an impression on NFL scouts, as did players on both sides of the Ohio State-Michigan game. Rivalry week is awesome in college football. A glorious coronation at the end of the regular... Read more »

2014 NFL Mock Draft: Week Nine 2-Round Edition

1. Jacksonville Jaguars - Marcus Mariota, QB, Oregon
6-4, 211
Jacksonville still has billboards going up bearing the name TEBOW. They're awful, and lost Justin Blackmon for the rest of the season to another suspension. I wouldn't wish the starting quarterback on this Jags team on anyone, but Mariotta is arguably the best quarterback in this year's class and is comfortable wearing "colorful" uniforms already.
What on earth are we supposed to make of the last couple weeks of NFL football? Two coaches are suddenly questionable. Denver’s John Fox will reportedly have open-heart surgery soon, and Houston’s Gary Kubiak collapsed on the sideline at the end of the first half during Sunday night’s game against the Colts. Kubiak was taken... Read more »
