With only one game left on the Week Three schedule, the NFL has already thrown fans enough curveballs to have many shaking their heads.
Some of the teams that are currently under .500 were supposed to challenge for division titles, and a few winless teams have been shockingly inept. Fans in New York - Giants fans, not Jets fans - are struggling to comprehend their team's 0-3 start, while the Vikings did the unthinkable: they lost to the Cleveland Browns three days after they traded Trent Richardson and waived the white flag on the 2013 season. And Pittsburgh? Their stunning failure continued with a blowout home loss to the Bears on Sunday night.
On the other end of the spectrum, some teams have offered pleasant surprises. Tennessee, Detroit and the Jets are all off to 2-1 starts, and the Miami Dolphins and Bears are off to fantastic 3-0 records.
So what will the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft look like?
Yes, it feels way too early to begin predicting the draft, but last year we took time every other week during the regular season to look ahead at the following spring's talent infusion.
What follows is our first look ahead at the 2014 Draft. We look forward to the conversation that follows throughout the rest of the regular season.
