How about this for a night in Chicago?
The Chicago White Sox beat the Seattle Mariners. In case you hadn't heard, Philip Humber threw the 21st perfect game in the history of Major League Baseball.
The Chicago Fire defeated Toronto FC 3-2 on a Patrick Nyarko shot at the 58 minute mark.
The Chicago Cubs ended a six-game losing streak with a 6-1 win over the Cincinnati Reds at Wrigley Field. To add some frosting to that cake, the St. Louis Cardinals lost.
The Chicago Bulls beat the defending champion Dallas Mavericks 93-83. In an effort to help the Bulls feel better about an ugly loss earlier this week, the Washington Wizards beat the Miami Heat.
And the night ended with Blackhawks captain Jonathan Toews scoring an overtime game-winning goal to bring the Hawks' first round playoff series back to Chicago for Game Six on Monday night (start time 8 PM CT).
Overall, Chicago's major sports teams were 5-for-5 on Saturday night. Not bad at all!
