Lots of people in Chicago and the rest of the United States know that John McDonough knows how to sell sports. He was at the head of building the Chicago Cubs into the marketing giant they are today, and sold an afterthought Blackhawks team on the NHL to win last year's Winter Classic.
But tonight, McDonough takes it to a new level.
Blackhawks center David Bolland hasn't played since Nov. 5, but returns to the ice tonight against the St. Louis Blues. I'll be at the game, and just grabbed my tickets in preparation for the game. Who's photo appears on tonight's tickets? You guessed it, David Bolland.
