  • Bang Bang!

    First bitches!

I want to see a lot of :

    Chauncey Davis

  • In reply to Waffle:

Summers pretty much pissed on his chance to be on the Bears last game with 3 crucial drops but maybe he can turn it around with a strong performance tonight and in the 4th game. I kind of think he would have made the catches if he had the talent. Maybe the NFL is just a bit too much for the tall drink of water.

  • In reply to Waffle:

Waffle....he ends up on the practice squad.....

  • In reply to lobotobear:

Browns and Dolphins may have a say in that...

  • yeah I know 4E85...I'm just hoping brah

  • In reply to Waffle:

    I'm on a roll so I can't stop/won't stop.

Furthermore I think it would be a huge mistake to let Tyler Clutts go. We need true football players on the field. It is not a coincidence that every time we have a big play he is usually on the field helping out in some way.

He is a strong blocker, hustles his ass off, is huge and can catch out of the backfield. He was a running QB in highschool, a badass sack machine DE in college and now is a fullback that can longsnap here in the pros. You must put him on the roster.

  • In reply to Waffle:

    + 1,000

BTW Johnny, you're banned from making real-time medical diagnostics cuz you're like DR. DOOM.

    Last Week,

Waffle, "Chicago Tribune just reported that Hardin, in his new career, is now planning to star as Prof. Xavier in the next X-Men".

    In reply to Waffle:

Klutts is a ball player. Nothing stands out about him until it is live. I've coached guys like that. All off season, drills, even scrimmages, it's simply "just wait". Game day. Big play, there's that guy. Usually in a pile.

He's throwback and I'd have to say I'd be surprised if the Bears kept him.

  • In reply to lobotobear:

btw ...did you see how I did that?

  • your boy roy..

good insight for those bitching about Bell...DING DONG THE BELL HAS RUNG!!!!!

  • Third!

I would vomit like Regan from the Exorcist if I snapped my fib and tib at once on the field of battle. I can't even imagine that pain. Poor Knox, I bet it was even worse than that.

So, let's all knock on wood for everyone not to rupture anything outside of the VIP room at the club.

  • In reply to gpldan:

    GP...flag on the play

did you not see my three times a lady...yeah I know corny as sheite!!!...but it was like a moth to a flame I couldn't resist....

  • In reply to gpldan:

it didn't really hurt till I got to the hospital... shock is a good thing. Morphine did not help me... hope he's different.

  • It'll still be a good test for the OL. Interested to see how it goes, and it's on national TV which is good for me down here in Tampa.

  • In reply to Perno:

What channel? CBS? Ahh, fuck. Over here in L.A. they usually show Charger/Raider games on CBS - great.

    Firstrow, here I come...

  • This is the mentality you get when you mate with you sister..."F"ing Fudgepeckers;,0,1329352.story

  • In reply to lobotobear:

btw...I'd sue the fucker for discrimination on a legal document.

  • In reply to lobotobear:

  • Random thought...

Someone needs to do the "Robot" dance in the endzone. Why hasn't this happened already? Also, no one has done the worm in a while...

FYI the dance Ray Lewis does pregame is coined "the Squirrel".

  • smell DEEZ NUTZ!

  • In reply to MB30SD:

You know you whacked-off to that vid MB!

Drop your derriere and wave it like you just don't care!

  • so did. she's hot... you know, for a squirrel

  • very funny, and I dont even play FF.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Haha...I'm gonna copy and paste that on our FF boards for Da Blog.

  • $10 pls

  • Wow, THAT is a fucking nasty nasty ear-holing:

  • In reply to MB30SD:

ooooh...that was a nasty hit. If that were the NFL, Goodell would take his first born as a fine.

Man, I miss seeing hits like that in the NFL.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Henry Burris on the INT...

  • If anyone wants to hear the Bears pre-game show:

  • In reply to TheFifth:

    Thanks, Corm.

  • thanks for joining me doc. talk about crushing a guy's ego.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Sorry bro. I was about to go on a ride.

Speaking of ride, check out this brand new mtn bike park I just discovered about 10 minutes from my house.

I'm a Geographical Bachelor 'til Monday, so I'll be available all weekend.

  • awesome... on all accounts

  • Ditto. Listening now. Interesting what they said about Safeties getting crushed.

  • I still want my two dollars and my Da Bears Blog T-shirts.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

HEY!!!! stop hacking my account... malitious hacker guy! Stop it! That is illegal!

  • the browns suck btw... has anyone mentioned that before?

  • At least we don't have to listen to that guy who ate Jim Miller.

  • You get Dan Dierdork instead.

  • In reply to TheFifth:

At least he kinda reminds me of Mr. Belvedere

  • I want to see Cutler actually hit Marshall in stride. He's underthrown him twice, which would've gone for TDs.

I think Cutty forgot 6'4 guys have longer strides

  • Not impressed with Cutler yet tonight.

  • Garza still struggling with low snaps in shotgun

  • next 3rd and 3, try giving it to that 245 HB, no?

  • Boy we need urlacher

  • We have a forte on our team,ut it's bot tackling

  • Horri ble call

  • but

  • Steltz fucking sucks! Cut your hair son if you can't tackle or shed a block. He almost concussed Nut. And Dan Diedorf is too old to see the fucking field!! Get well Conte.

  • David "Crazy Legs" Wilson looking impressive. He's got a reckless style - fun to watch (unless it's against us).

Bears seem like they're a little off on O.

Briggs is beginning to worry me.

  • Tice wants to run for 2,000 yds this season? How about running for 50 yds in a game first, pal.

  • I'm beginning to worry about Cutler's thumb...he's not accurate to begin with - looking less so this PS.

  • A thing of Beauty.

  • fb_avatar

Fellas been a while been overseas Bear the Hell Down We need 54 d looks lost and fucking cut WEBB already!

  • Very nice. Marshall is just huge out there. Bears needed that to boost their confidence.

First pass I've seen Alshon drop, in games or practice.

  • fb_avatar

    Stripped ball for Jefferies

  • And where is my Navy L, Jeff. I need that for first week! AAAHHHHHHH PEPPPPPPPPPP. Julius doing work!

  • Jesus, Peanut. You gotta realize that these scabs don't call PI consistently.

I want to see Collins and Price get some first team reps to see how they handle the Varsity.

  • Tillman playing old.

Chauncey Davis being given a shot with the 1's.

Lorenzo Booker wants to make this team.

  • Cutler to Marshall is a given. Cutler to Jeffrey will get there. The kid needs to hang on to that. that's his bread and butter. Did you see him go up and get it at the perfect point? even though he didn't come down with it the play looked like fucking basketball. that is going to be awesome.

    JWebb is embarassing.

  • fb_avatar

tight ends cant block and suck

  • fucking KD.

  • Cutler was 58% last year
    Rodgers 68%

    Cutler needs to step up.

  • G-men are just gonna keep throwing that slant...

  • i miss Mike Brown and Tony Parrish. No one went over the middle without looking twice.

  • Peanut needs to relax. He is throwing his shoulder and head full bore into everyone. He's going to hurt himself.

  • In reply to Crown:

Youre right Waffle, he is playing old. Hopefully that drive was the exception to the rule for 33. Him and Briggs have been my favorite Bears for several years.

  • In reply to Crown:

He's also holding ball carriers up while other Bears are coming full speed.

That's dangerous, esp with Steltz back there.

  • fb_avatar

  • Surprise surprise, another slant (for a TD).

NO pass rush from our front four.

Let's see if our O has any stones.

  • pass rush sucks

  • How much are we missing the gunner Graham now?

  • yucky

  • fb_avatar

  • jay is off. way off

  • we are having some huge issues blocking 4 guys

  • Cutler sucks.

  • preseason sucks.

  • Cutler keeps throwing everything behind! WTF?!

    His throwing percentage is Tebow-ish.

  • special teams suck

  • The team I'm watching tonight will be lucky to win 5 games.

  • In reply to SC Dave:

    Make that 3 games

  • HAHA They faked the Fade and ran a Slant on Peanut and scored.

Then they faked the slant and ran the fade for a PI

Peanut, Briggs looking shitty. Does Lach really make them look that much better, Jesus?

  • Well we gave them a free touchdaown. This is fucking pathetic.Cutler hasn't thrown a good pass all night. He's way off.

  • fb_avatar

  • i'm going to write this one off to preseaon madness. this is sad. UNGA caused that blocked punt. pack your shit skippy.

  • In reply to Waffle:

No, the punter taking three steps to get the ball off caused the block.

    Any decent punter goes 1-2-kick!

  • jesus

  • good lord...this is bullshit

  • this is the worst half of football i've ever witnessed. at least when cutler got molested last time against the giants the defense was playing with a little pride.

  • This is beyond a doubt the worst offensive line I've seen in my life. And it's not even close. Absolutely, abjectly pathetic.

  • That first half gave me a fucking fat guy's invert. The lack of any push at both lines tends to shut my whole penis thing down, sort of like when a woman gets raped.

  • I'm no mathematician, but if a team averages .1 yd/carry, that would take at least 4,000 carries in a season to reach 2,000 rushing yds.

So much for Tice running it off the bus.

  • I'll take it from here.

If a team averages .1 yd/carry they would take at least 20,000 carries to reach 2,000 yards.

  • Doc, I got a good laugh from your post. I was gonna say the same thing, but went the other route. Kind of like Ripple:

  • I'm no mathematician, but 4,000 carries would only get you 400 yards.

  • do we even bother with the starters in the 2nd half? no injuries....

  • The Bears are treating the third game of the preseason like it's bullshit. Bullshit!

Guys, this just in: Our O-line sucks. I mean bad.

Cutler looks shitty AND pissy tonight.

    Get it together Guys.

  • no starters in the 2nd pls. worthless.

Our oline is total, complete garbage.

Who's shocked... show of hands please. Fuckena man. fuckena

  • In reply to MB30SD:

I advocate the opposite, at least for our Oline.

Leave them in until they get a push. Whether it's against the 2nd, 3rd, or 4rth teamers, leave them in like Tice left Webb in that 1st game.

  • Agreed. I would push both the starting lines in the 2nd half.

  • I'd leave the fuckers until two minutes left in the GAME!!!!!!!!!

  • the problem is that when you have shit... you have shit.

No amount of time will fix these POSs. The last 6 years SHOULD have fixed it. If phill fucking emery doesn't go apeshit and get something done for the oline next year he will officially be Jerry Angelo... or the real problem is lovie and/or teddy and/or the McCaskeys

  • Well, again..preseason and no one hurt, I can deal with that, now for the fun...rookies.

  • If Harvey Unga and JWebb were on dancing w the stars, they would dance without ever touching their partner.

  • In reply to gpldan:

    Tee hee hee

  • God I hate saying this, but we need to move Lance Louis to LT.

  • In reply to gpldan:

LL is our only good G apparently. If they're gonna do that, kick LL to RT, move Carimi to LT, put Williams at LG and Edwin at RG with Spencer and Rachel jerking each other off on the bench.

  • That's it right there.

    LT - I don't fucking know
    LG - CW
    C - Garza
    RG - Edwin/Spencer/Rachal
    RT - Carimi

    Fuck man, we are fucked.

  • In reply to gpldan:

We need an O line......Cutty is rattled

  • In reply to gpldan:

Gabe at LT, LL at RT, EW at LG, Chilo at RG. Webb and CW haven't learned a thing.

    Bye Harvey Unga.

  • Awesome. We get to see Cutler "redeem" himself against the JV team. Someone forgot to give him a snickers tonight apparently.

  • It's not cutty it's the fucking LINE

  • In reply to lobotobear:

he missed at least 3 throws tonight that he normally hits. he was off.

  • In reply to Waffle:

Agree waffle but he's rattled by not being able to throw in the pocket, cuitty's throwing and mechanics go to shit when he is not comfortable

  • In reply to lobotobear:

i know but he still normally hits a lot of the off balance passes. he left at least 5 passes on the field.

  • Yay. Our oline can get a push against their back-ups.

    Color me tickled.

  • i guess this is what it looks like when the Oline looks like shit and Cutler doesn't bail them out with spectacular play. He is off tonight.

end it and live to fight another day.

  • Q: What sucks worse than the Bears oline?

    (I know, tough question.)

    A: Gumbel still announcing.

  • In reply to SC Dave:

no, nothing sucks more than the bears oline

  • you know it's a weird day when All Hand Jeffrey and Earl Bennett both drop perfectly thrown TD passes.

  • And I trust that is Earl's one drop for the year.

  • Ok, I'll shut up now, Earl...your killing us. Was it just me but I didn't see the o line getting much help from the tight ends in the first half , now they are. Oh well

  • Do you know who played weak tonight?

  • We should all take a good look at David Carr. If the Bears don't improve that Oline, that's gonna be Cutler in 4 years.

  • I don't know how you guys don't like Constanzo.

  • In reply to SC Dave:

First time I've seen him. He gives a better vibe than Roach.

  • My first look at him. I like his motor and closing speed. Feeling a bit better about Lach now.

  • Let's see if Campbell continues to look lost out there.

  • Oh, too late. He already called a T.O.

How does an undrafted FA Blanchard look like he's more in command of the playbook than a 7 year vet?

  • I'm out. going to get killed online by a bunch of 14 year olds.

    Who's with me...

  • FUCK. At least Gould is still reliable. Jebus.

Too bad he can't play DE, CB, MLB and LT.

  • Bud light lime?!? Are you fucking kidding me?

  • Funny. Anytime any defender is sniffing around Carr his throwing becomes Tebow-ish.

    Can someone say "Shell-Shocked"?

  • Dom Dicicco is pure shit. pure fucking garbage. What the fuck is he doing tripping, falling and sucking in general out there?

  • I know Cutty missed some easier throws tonight but if Jeffrey and Bennett catch those TD passes Cutler finishes with 11-21 for 140yards and 3 TD's 0 INT's.

I'll fucking take that any day of the week.

Now less than a half yard per carry? no sir I will not take that.

    We will be fine.

  • In reply to Waffle:

by the way, those TD's throws that were dropped were FUCKING PERFECT THROWS.

  • In reply to Waffle:

"If wishes and butts were candy and nuts what a wonderful Christmas we'd have!"

And maybe Webb or Williams will morph into the 2nd coming of Anthony Munoz.

But I wouldn't count on it.

  • In reply to Albertintucson:

ha! just saying that Jay, Marshall, Jeffrey, Bennett will be fine. They need to get Forte involved in the passing game too.

  • what a terrible call ref.

  • blow to the head? he hit his fucking arm you fucking idiot.

  • In reply to Waffle:

That was just plain retarded. The side judge has to go tell the ref he's full of shit on calls like that, but all of these fuckers are greener than Russian conscripts in '44.

If the regular season is going to be reffed this badly, it's going to make the regular season records a pretty damn hot point of contention.

  • In reply to gpldan:

  • I was disappointed watching the game and agree that Cutler and Campbell were off. Webb vs Williams is like Gilligan vs Mr Howell. One thing to keep in mind, the Giants won the SB last year. I'm not jumping off a bridge but can't say I'm jumping for joy.

  • A team won last year with a Guard playing LT and got into the playoffs. No one thought the Giants preseason games last yr looked Superbowl ready.

Like Jeff said " Preseason doesn't matter."

  • True, but we looked truy bad out there. Thank God JPP wasn't playing.

Was that nightime-diabetes Jay, or dancing-scared Jay ? Looked like he knew the left side of his line was not going to be there so some of his throws were a litte wayward.

Matt Forte proved he is not worth Payton money. If there's no hole, you make one. 8M a year could have bought us a LT.

The old reliables weren't there. Bennett, Briggsy, Izzy .... only Brandon, Hester and Peppers looked ike they were up for it.

That boy can punt. Harvey needs to finally go home now.

But boy are we fucked at left Tackle .... CW may have been worse than Webb. We need to put our first round draft pick in the position he was drafted for playing ... but Chris Williams needs to sit down. If people insist GC can't pay LT then Lance can't be any worse than the foos currently floundering in the position.

    LT Gabe Carimi
    LG Edwin/Chilo
    C Garza
    RG Edwin/Chilo
    RT Lance

  • The L on my laptop keyboard is no more. Thanks kid.

  • I don't know if it has been posted but the Bears are interested in Charlie Peprah

  • Interesting. He can pay, and doubles as a mole. Why did they release him though?

  • Fantasy feeings thus far.

    Russell who? Russell Wilson.

    Joe Anderson. Joe who?

Ramses Barden and Torrey Smith will go off.

Drafting Matt Forte is fantasy suicide.

    Cam Newton will go off.

Peyton Manning's arm will fall off.

I don't feel like drafting the Bears defense anymore. Can't really go wrong drafting Jay in the 7th when Schaub and Fitzpatrick are there later on.

Seriously, who the fuck is Joe Anderson? The Seahawks have 13 receivers and T.O. looks as though he may be the camp body.
