  • I for one, am looking forward to the tough schedule to end the season. Three road conference games, the hot Eagles, and two of the best AFC teams left on the schedule. If the Bears make the playoffs, they will be battle tested and ready for more tough games.

  • In reply to TheFifth:

Couldn't agree more...wish we had the Seahawk/Redskin wins under our belt, but so be it.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

I fear that one of those games is gonna mess up our chances.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    I fear injuries.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

    Ravens, 49ers, Cowboys

  • In reply to TheFifth:

    Ravens
    Falcons
    Bucs

  • In reply to TheFifth:

here here! IF we win out and go to the playoffs. We will be good enough for championships.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

A Bears Colts Super Bowl would be peachy ... Bears blowout naturally.

  • In reply to TheFifth:

Great call Ben on the weather. Vick hates the cold and doesn't play well in chilly weather. I remember last time he played in soldier, he looked like he couldn't wait to get to the sideline to put on his down coat.

    Pats, Cowboys, Jets

  • In reply to Crowned:

    Frozen fear-boner.

  • In reply to Crowned:

Good call, plus he won't look so zippy in the mud.

  • Make that division games.

  • second...DAMN'T!!!!!!!!! Cor...

everyone's doing really well Lobo, thanks for asking my man. The new little guy is a great sleeper (and feeder, lucky bastard) so last night we got TWO count 'em TWo blocks of 3 hrs of sleep. BooYah!

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Funny!!

  • In reply to MB30SD:

The logistics of a Holiday weekend make this trip tough. (Flying in or out on the Sunday after Thanksgiving is steep)...

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

You were in my entry, Viva. I will drive. O'Hare will be a nightmare.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

how's it going on the 62" any luck?

and you lucky s.o.b. with the little guy sleeping..mine had colic, the first three to four years were HELL!! wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy..well maybe on a fudge-packer but then again they hatch their young right?

Ouch Lobo, my daughter had a tiny bit of GERD for the first 3-4 months. It was indeed brutal.

Kinda nice not having to worry about getting the

  • In reply to MB30SD:

I have gerd and its horrible. I deal with constant chest inflammation and stomach tightness. I constantly gotta watch what I eat.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Damn Fres, that sucks man, sorry to hear that. Didn't know grown ups could get/have it.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

ny of you guys want Da Tuna as either GM or HC? I'm down.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

MB, if anyone wants to stick with the current GM, please tell them to pass the dutchie to the left 'and side.

  • In reply to bnjrmyn:

Paaaaass de dutchie pan de leff han side Ben.

I'll take Bears Chick over Jerry Ben.

Viva... I can't wait to read your manifesto chronicaling why we should all love and want JA to stay. I mean that

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    chronicling

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Falcons
    Bucs
    Patriots

  • In reply to Church:

    nasty third

  • In reply to Church:

Hey MB, glad you're sleeping. It's too bad you're not up here. The weather has been below 0 (F) with a bunch of snow. Doesn't that beat the shit out of surfing? OK, maybe not. I'll be in line behind you for a shot at Rochambeau with JA. Good call.

    Titans, Ravens, Falcons.

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

Not to rub it in, but out driving today, I had to swerve to avoid running over a coconut...)

    That was uncalled for!

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

don't sell yourself short viva, you're a tremendous slouch.

goes to show you what a terrible coach Chilli is

  • In reply to MB30SD:

It's no wonder he's lost that locker room.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

My best biking buddy went to the U of Wisc and said Chilly was their OC years ago. He said everyone hated him then too. It's a pretty deadly combination of being wishy-washy to your face, then stab you in the back or give you that smarmy, sarcastic bullshit that you have to take if you're one of the players. Glad the Queens extended him last year!

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

The guys on Sirius NFL kiss his ass every week but that's because he's willing to give them an hour.
I think he's damaged that franchise for years to come.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

That's what you get when you get Favre. When will he just go away?

  • In reply to sjvl:

Farve shook the Vikings down for $20M this year.

20 MILLION dollars. I think 16 is paid up front.

People behave oddly when that kind of money is in play.

  • In reply to gpldan:

Definite shakedown. For once, I agree with you.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Isn't it Sunday yet? Loving the Wrigley thing, but jeez.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Nothing against Rice but I think he's nuts to come back unless he's close to 100%. Love the dysfunction.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Jack, btw... I very much enjoyed your rules to play post last thread. very nice.

    500 points.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    In a manner of speaking.

  • In reply to tobijohn:

That's just not right. I was marvelling how there's one leaf left on the tree in my front yard.

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

    Here's my entry:

"Wouldn't YOU like to give some Bears tickets to an old man like me?"

(See Seinfeld - When George says he's going to Paris.) -

    I joke.

Doc I read the thread - I taught school for 40 years - Whew!!!

Bears over Eagles - Bears run the table at home and I do not care who comes into town.

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

If it makes you feel any better Canada, it's rainy and shitty here in SD right now. Will be through Monday.

You should never surf after a rain btw, unless you like surfing in poop.

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

Wow, I was bitching about the cold here last night because it dipped into the twenties.
Below zero? Screw that!!! I hope the fishing in the summer makes up for it.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

I don't even fish anymore. Love the mountains though.

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

    Wheresabout are you from?

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

speaking of... anyone know when Pisa's coming back? We can certainly use him to help contain the Dog killer.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

I think he'll be back for the Eagles game. He wasn't out in practice last week, just limited. From what I've read, with the short turnaround, they didn't want to take any chances.
And it gave Roach some well-deserved snaps against a mediocre defense.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Thanks MBP. I was too lazy to go interweb trolling. Figured one of you guys would know anyway.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    uh, mediocre offense.
    Doh.

  • In reply to CanadaBear:

Haven't finished watching the Wrigley came on my DVR but holy toledo...
330 rushing yards by one guy?
    http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/football/ncaa/gameflash/2010/11/20/42706_teamstats.html

LeShoure is a stud running back.
48 points on 40 yards passing. How often does THAT happen?

  • In reply to Church:

    Raiders
    Cowboys
    Falcons

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    giants
    falcons
    seahawks

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Go Giants! Hurt the dog killer bad.

Go Vikings! No lunch needed now.

Yay Raiders, I guess. Anything's better than Ben.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

I would take Parcells over JA in a heartbeat. Interestingly, my picks above will get me to 4 wins on the season (and I believe I'm the only one sitting @ 3 now), so my ode to Jerry is coming. I think I will title it, Jerry's Kids.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

    perfect title Viva. very nice.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

No Parcells. Really, Viva? Gotta say no.

  • In reply to sjvl:

    why not parcells?

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Too east. Too New York. Too in love with himself. Too puffy. Just not a good fit, IMO.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

There is only two things I am worried about.

    Vick and Desean Jackson.

Besides that, I am postive if we shut those two down, we will win.

That is going to be too hard I think and I hope we just shut down one and I don't know which one we should shut down

  • In reply to Bears85Sweetness23:

Harris needs to lay out Jackson early. After that, he gets a serious case of alligator arms. It's been his MO for a long time.
Vick - our linebackers are fast enough laterally that I'm more worried about letting him get in a rhythm passing than I am by him running the ball.
In addition, when he's running the ball, he's getting hit. And if you hit him enough, he won't get back up.

  • In reply to Bears85Sweetness23:

Can Vick run in the muck? IF we swap Pringles in for Harris, the Cover 2 should hold him. Supposedly. Or that quarter, quarter, quarter, half scheme.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

He's a nasty piece of work, not a people person. Shouting at and abusing your players just because you're the coach is old school. Not HC, GM would be cool.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Fake, but pretty cool: http://helmetandpadsrequired.com/nike-nfl-uniform-pics-are-fake/?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+helmetandpadsrequired%2FbWCZ+%28Helmet+and+Pads+Required%29&utm_content=Twitter

I thought ours were actually lame... our throwbakcs are much better. Clad they're fake.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

BUt the Bengals are a huge improvement.

  • In reply to gpldan:

agree, that uni was probably the best... aside from the steelers, Cards, and Chargers which I thought were pretty sick.

not a fan of the white pants (or shirts for that matter). I'd love out regular unis to be all navy throwbacks.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Helps to eat smaller meals too, my friend.

Though I consider myself unworthy to recieve the tix to the Eagles game on account of me never posting here regularly, also I'm already headed to AZ to see my fam, I think the giveaway is great. Hope some lucky reg here gets it. I'm just glad to be a small part of this great blog. Great to see our boys coming on strong. Thanx, Jeff. Maybe I'll finally post a 3-0 this week.

  • In reply to bnjrmyn:

what part of AZ you going to?

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

My folks live in Scottsdale as did I for 13 yrs. Not a bad time to head down there. According to my sister the local neighborhood bar(Goldies, fine wings and menu) has turned into a Bears joint. Here's to hoping I find a good place to sit...

  • In reply to bnjrmyn:

Sounds good.. I got a lot friends from phx area. I use to live in YUMA for a couple of years. What partof nor cal u at

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    I live in Oakland, Fres.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

antoine dobson? wtf. run and tell that, run and tell that, run and tell that homeboy, homeboy, ho-oh-oh-omeboy.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

yeah, fucking ridiculous what makes you star these days. Also if i can quote a dude that looks like a lady singing... "dude looked like a lady."

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    sorry.... "star"

  • In reply to MB30SD:

he kinda looked like Kim Wayans

  • In reply to MB30SD:

btw, is that matt forte in the black and red trunks johnny?

  • In reply to MB30SD:

that dude is jacked out of his mind. i would have a cheerleader duct taped to my leg blowing me as i walked down the street if i looked like that.

  • In reply to jmcyclone:

My vote for avatar of the year goes to Cyclone. Looks like a QB.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

I'm still partial to small dead animals wearing tuxedos with 30% alcoholic beverage being poured out of their screaming little mouths

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

oh my god, i just ate enough pad thai to kill a thai hooker. extra spicy. my local thai guy jokingly calls me round eye.

    was that a fucking haiku?

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Only way to kill a Thai hooker is a wooden stake driven straight through her mobile phone, and it must pierce the sim card. Once they lose the phone numbers and bank account details of the holidaymakers back in England/Germany who think that they're the only beloved 'boyfriend' they have ... they shrivel up and die like the wicked witch of the west in the wizard of oz.

  • In reply to IrishBearsFan:

i laughed and burped up spicy thai at the same time after reading that.

  • In reply to IrishBearsFan:

What's the deal with Jeff, John and Chris having tied games in their competition? There can't be ties in spread football - if the favored team is -3 and wins the game by three points, then they lose the bet, right ?

  • In reply to IrishBearsFan:

No, in that situation it's a push. The bettor gets their stake back, minus the rake.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

talk about a rallying cry.... why not us: http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcnorth/post/_/id/19765/expectations-soaring-for-bears

    mmmmmm... pad thai.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

that was kind of a backhanded rip on the Bears saying that we have only won these games because of other teams being injured, beating themselves, etc.

If we beat Philly they will say that Vick was due for a letdown after his blistering start...

The Bears won't get any respect this year unless they beat 2 of the following opponents:

Philly, the Jets, the Pats and GB.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

    100%

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Better they wonder what you think of them, than you wonder what they think of you.

Your eyes and brain is a better judge of what you see from our beloved Bears than any schmuck at ESPN.

Let me ask you this, Waffle, if you have some chick who you think is a hottie jerk you a soda, and the next day on ESPN they say that said hottie ain't so hot, who are you going to believe? Don't give them that much power, brother. They never earn it.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

um, if it was that penis head Schereth i would tell him that he sucked at football and that his goatee is so 1997. Carter would hate her because she is white and is not cocaine, Jimmy is a lunatic since he lost all that weight on survivor. His hair now represents 19% of his body weight. Ditka would say she was hot and Keyshawn would disagree because that's the little game those 2 play.
fuck espn, fuck the reporters, fuck the pundits, fuck the eagles, jets, pack, pats, vikes and lions. they all die. We live.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Lance "Rampage" Briggs?

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Dear Jerry,

    Well done on Orange Julius.

    Viva

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

Jesus Vica, tell me that's not all you have.

    1. Watch ESPN, SI, and all the papers for who the biggest FA is this year at XTZ position

    2. Beg the old bag for the money and promise us he/they will fix everything that ails us

    3. Hit one out of 4, that are ALL supposed to be sure things.

    5. Brilliant!

    6. Get fired and bannished from Chicago forever with the risk of a tar and feathering upon any return.

    - Bears fans everywhere

  • In reply to MB30SD:

sorry, typing in the dark between the action

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Dear MB,

I knew that would get your goat. Incidentally, Sam's Club has a generic powdered formula that will save you some dough. Really. I never went into that place until my 2 year old was born, and I go there all the time now.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

Hahahaha... thanks viva. I can't wait to see the 'evidence'.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Buy some of that tooled-up, knock-em-dead hungry-baby formula. I guess it's the equivalent of the old rum-in-the-milk trick. Knocks those motherfuckers out for 4 to 5 hours.

Machida is over Johnny. Not impressed at all. Rampage is ALL power and no finess, but still rulled that fight 95% of the time. Can't wait for GSP/Blondie. Should be good.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

i love rampage and he was about to end it with that power slam and machida was like, oh no you didn't and got the fuck out. omg, lol, lmao.

Packers choke tomorrow, favre cries at post game interview and then takes a photo of his penis and sends it to BRENT BARRY's fucking wife? that is cold blooded!!!!

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Laaaaame.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Tarred and feathered! Yes! I'd forgotten about that one, thanks MB....

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

    +5

    But -5 on Manumaleuma.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

    Hahahahah.,..

Who9 you got in the penn huges fight? I hatre hughes... guys a tremendous douche

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Fucking WOW!!! Before I could even post that. Holy shit. That was AWESOME!

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Ah! Welcome to the UFC Doc. No, Rampage/Machida is. Should be a good one. Not even sure who to call in that one... either could win it easily. Rampage is a blunt fucking tool of an animal, and Machida is a finess stratigist. I think I might give it to Rampage... at least that's who I'd like to see win.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

i have Machida because he is a ninja technician. I love when he rips off ninja kicks 2 and 3 at a time. NINJA! NINNNJAAAA! I want my black ninja and i want him now!!

If anyone can tell me what movie that is from i will buy you something that will piss your wife off and will probably negate your life insurance policy.

Just read Brandon Marshall is 'remorseful' for tossing that ball to Cutler Thursday night. Said it was a 'boneheaded' move. Ya, think?

Prediction: Rice in today, Rice out today.

  • In reply to sjvl:

Remorseful? That means he got fined $10,000 ...

  • In reply to IrishBearsFan:

At least. The article I read didn't mention a fine.

  • In reply to sjvl:

    Raiders, Bucs, Packers

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Johnny, how can you not root for a guy who wears a fucking chain that big around his neck and goes on meth fuled driving rampages in his gold Hummer around OC?

besides, machida drinks his own piss.

    AAAWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • In reply to MB30SD:

  • In reply to hollywood1:

and what's up with parisian, guy looks like total shit. He's done.

Can't wait for faber and the rest of the little guys to come over. Should be fun to see.

  • In reply to nicholsra:

Also, cheers to a real Bear defense this year. I look forward to the Philly game. I remember the last time we faced Vick was '05, Url had his # the entire game, looking forward to more of the same, and I hope its chilly, some shitty weather may go a long way for us to shut up all the haters.

  • In reply to bnjrmyn:

I def. agree that our D is gonna put the Eagles to sleep. This is almost like a bye week for us and we will have plenty of rest and game plan for the dog killer

  • In reply to bnjrmyn:

Fantasy Update for Da Bears Bloggers: IM STILL THE KING OF THE WEST! who is gonna match me? DOC? your close behind.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

    Mang, that is lucky ...

  • In reply to nicholsra:

Growing up in Wisconsin, I hate the Packers way more than the Queens. Let's see Bart screw them one more time. Go fuck up them Wolverines Bucky!!! Huge game for Rose Bowl implications today.

  • Wow, that second to last post of his was the doosie. Bummer. Oh well. It's trac's issue that he can't separate his beliefs from what's reasonable to discuss on a football blog. I liked having trac around, but calling you names for your beliefs is just plain out of line and whack though

  • In reply to MB30SD:

Dam dude Trac went ape sshit. I never seen any of that shit. Well I know he is here. He has to be one of these new handles that we are seeing. Also he updates his fantasy team all the time. Trac come back.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Dude... Teabaggers are all nuts. Dudes saying there's a place reserved for you in hell and crazy shit like that. You've seen Falling Down haven't you? Dudes probably walking along the freeway with a baseball bat and a briefcase right now.

  • In reply to Jlehr:

Your first sentence displays ignorance. Dont swallow the nonsense you get from the statist MSM

  • You need to check your brain Doc. When you think bi-sexuality is normal, you've got a serious problem. To each his own huh? I guess that only applies to you and your sicko pals.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

you're awfully focused on bisexuality, but whatever floats your boat

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

    :(

Doc, let me help you out with the Ivory Towers statement.

I have a daughter that when she was 12 years old she was lured through the internet and gang raped by 3 men. This year I had a customer shot and killed by a crack head. Two others were held up at gun point and robbed. I was personally shot at 2 years ago during an attempted mugging. Drug dealers use my car washes to do their business on a daily basis and two of my business's were burglarized recently. I hand out money to begger's on a weekly basis and when I offer money for work most of them tell me they don't have the time. My daughter was slapped by a black girl at school while all of her black buddies crowded around and took video's and laughed. In public schools nowadays, being Bi is hip and drugs are readily available to enslave the next future crack head. My daughter now home schools.
Baseball bat and briefcase? What do you think?

P.S. Tell your wife that Jesus did not come to bring peace but to bring the sword. Look it up. This world is declining. Society is declining. I choose to fight. You do what you will.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

It's not like that where I live.

    Sorry that it is there.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

In all honesty, I choose to bow out of this forum. I am a Bears fan, so we have that in common but I can't filter out all the social differences because the price that I've paid in life so far has been too high for me to just look the other way.

    GO BEARS. OUT.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Hope God makes your life easier. Talk to you in some other life.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

    good luck trac.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Maybe you should try to work this out with somebody you trust.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Just glad Illinois won. Sunday, anyone?

  • In reply to sjvl:

"The waiting is the hardest part."

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Take care Trac. And try to forgive those that have wronged you, for therein lies salvation.

    Go Bears.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

:( awe you won't have ol Trac to kick kick around anymore! Life must be tough when you own multiple businesses. Sniffle sniffle

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Dammit, I missed posting my picks this week. It's just as well though, since I would have gone 2-1 YET AGAIN. I swear that 3rd win is wily and elusive... it's killing me.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Truly sorry to hear that about your daughter Trac. I would definitely lose the plot in the same situation. But Jesus was not about the sword, you've completely missed the point of Christianity in that case. Thou shalt not kill.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

    Trac, common man. I don

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

What I don't understand, Trac, is how you have such a strong belief in Jesus yet you talk nothing like him. The name calling and the nastiness, its brutal. So you are not gay? So what man! I know its cliche but you really might consider asking yourself what He would do. If He were walking the streets today He would probably be hanging out on the corner with prostitutes, crack smokers, and killers telling them stories that related to everyday life. Then you would drive by and spit at them or call them names. I actually feel sorry for the Big J. He set such an awesome example for everyone, then everyone had to go distort everything he taught.
But it is all good man, if you want to keep judging everyone. I honestly believe that when your time here on Earth is complete God will forgive you. Thats what She does!

  • In reply to Church:

Well said. Christ hung out with hookers. He forgave those who betrayed him. Love they neighbour as thyself. "There are many rooms in my Father's house ..." etc. If you talk the talk you gotta walk the walk.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

The definition of 'Normal' is what everyone else is and you are not. It's culture-dependent too. In some countries it's 'normal' to eat dogs, in others it's not. It depends on your perspective. Bi-sexuality was the norm in ancient Greece - the birth of civilisation. What consenting adults do in the privacy of their own homes can be none of anyone else's business (unless you live in a Fascist society).

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Dude just admit that you're wrestling with your own sexuality right now... I mean why the fck else would you care.

  • There are absolutes Nitty. Your problem is that you've been in the cesspool called Liberalism for so long that you can't even tell right from wrong anymore. I take exception with the,"if it feels good, do it" mentality. There are consequences and truths that are self evident and the political landscape on both sides is designed to manipulate the dependency that's being taught in today's schools. You libs used to rail against anyone that threatened free speech but now you are the ones leading the charge to shut up any opposition to your insanity.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Do you make it through airport security with those nails in your palms?

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

Very well done doc. Trac, your turn.

Btw, can I sidestep all the man drama for one second and say how much bad ass pirate TV (I know, it's a sin) is:.. UFC 123 anyone: http://atdhe.net/28808/watch-ufc-123-rampage-vs-machida

  • In reply to MB30SD:

  • In reply to Bears85Sweetness23:

Actually, I was just so fired up to find it on adhte that I had to share with you guys. Just came at a bad time '85.

  • In reply to MB30SD:

MB, this link shit actually works. thanks mang, you saved me 50 bucks and an excuse to my wife. the feds aren't going to kick down my door are they? will they at least wait until rampage and the dragon do the damn thing?

  • In reply to hollywood1:

    tell me about it Johnny.

Yeah, they might... but I'm going to try and appeal to their fatherly sides and plead sleep depravation.

Luazon just bum rushed soteropolisisisopolisis at the end of that round.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Damn, soteropolisisisiopolus just sumbitted Luazon. He's good have o give him that.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Anyone having the 'fear' about the feds - and if I lived in the States I would, you're the most monitored society on the planet - install The Onion Router. Search 'TOR network' in Wiki. Fight the power. Stay invisible.

  • In reply to Bears85Sweetness23:

I still can't beleive how much of a difference Pepper's is making on this team.

  • In reply to Bears85Sweetness23:

The D-line has made all the difference in the performance of this team. I know we have a great linebacking corps, but looking back at how often we had to blitz and play the Mug D in 2008-2009 to get pressure on the QB, Izzy, Toe, and Peppers are saving alot of wear and tear on those guys. Over the summer, when we were all discussing the death of the Cover 2, I don't think anyone anticipated it would work this well ever again. It really has done a remarkable job of limiting other teams' opportunities.

  • In reply to ImissButkus:

"if it feels good, do it ... as long as you harm no one else ..." is surely a reasonable philosophy.

  • In reply to IrishBearsFan:

The freedom to move your fist ends at my face. I think that's a reasonable philosophy.

  • Yep, Izzy in particular has been a linchpin.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    Our front 4 is formidable.

  • In reply to PhantomOne:

And we have depth at tackle ...

  • rampage jackson vs. lyoto machida

straight gangsta brawler vs. the closest thing to a fucking samurai/ninja since the year 1750

  • My man Yoda. Buddhist. Maybe check it out Trac. It's good shit, and doesn't require us to believe in the whole ghosts and goblins thing ...

  • I'm a liberal and a progressive. I listen to other views and I like progress ... Wow. Not exactly radical ideas

  • There is nothing more normal than two chicks hooking up and asking me to join in. Nothing more normal or glorious!
