  • Yaaaaaaaaah Fucking finalllllly!

  • Jeff dam dude you seem to post new threads alot these days... Kinda hard to keep up....Does anyone do the "FIRST" routine when they get the first comment? seems like nobody has been doing it lately.. anyways did i mention that DA BEARS WILL WIN BIGTIME TONIGHT? I gotta feeling that tonight gonna be a good night..BEAR DA FUCK DOWN!!!

  • yeah guys, i think i fucked the site up with that picture. story on that picture...i made it last night at 6 am...hammered. and it's still funny to me.

  • if the bears win tonight, they'll only trail the giants, packers and the falcons - with the pack still on the sched and the giants facing a gruesome sched

  • Even though the Pack won, there is good news. Brad Biggs states that Al Harris has a torn ACL and Aaron Kampman has a undisclosed yet severe knee injury.

    Down goes the Pack.

Bears are still position to make a run. I want these coaches fired but dammit i want my bears to win!!!!!!! I think 10-6 we can get in as wild card... but hey lets just win all the next games. I think we can do it, I hope we do it. COME ON BEARS!

  • Denver loses again, big, Orton throws pick. There is a God!

  • interesting point dungy & dan patrick made. said that cutty & peyton manning weren't that much different at age 26...hmmmm

dungy said that peyton felt he had to do it all by himself (which is what cutty is doing now). give it time....we'll see better days Bears nation

  • FQD...i'm tellin you. this year was always about getting some things in place.

  • Let's see the Bears offense put up some points on prime-time tonight.

  • Hope they do!! BEAR DF DOWN!

  • How many times must they talk about that dam fourth down play between Pats and Colts? that shit happens alot but cause belidick did it, it is a big deal. Come on, who gives a shit, REALLY? if he would of got that first down everyone would be saying how much of a genius he is and that he is the only coach who can do that. give the guy a dam break.. SHIT! i fucken hate these four or three letter networks cause they take the littles things that dont mean shit and make them a big deal, ITS FOOTBALL HELLO!

  • picks to click...

    offense - g reg
    defense - manning
    special teams - knox

  • CHRIS COLLINSWORTH IS SUCH A DOUCHE BAG!

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    second that

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    alright defense....let's see it

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Love the haze on the field... old school lookin.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    vick

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Held to a field goal... not bad but looking tenative for the pass... blitz for god sake..

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

OK so Michael Vick spends a year in prison. Daniel Manning spends a few with Lovie. Advantage Vick? C'Monnn mannnnn.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Figures Vick's biggest play of the season would be against our defense! LOL

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Whatever the Bears try on D it looks wrong. Strange...but not giving up the td is encouraging...

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    great catch. first down.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    turner is a genius

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

hopefully that drive got the run game out of our system.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Looks like the Bears are playing not to get Cutler killed.

    Matt Forte looks slow.

    Not a good combination.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

would it be wrong for Lovie to fire Turner midseason? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

WHEN will they FINALLY FIRE that retarded offensive coordinator?!?

GOD DAMN IT I HATE RON TURNER.

Time for a(nother) drink; may have to turn this one off before the first quarter is over... sheesh.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

turner sucks... plain and simple. I am so tired of that WR fuckin screen. He does not know what to call in right situation. So predictable!!!

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Looks like another 30+ first half for the bad guys...

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    we suck again

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

    bad

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Let me know when you guys see a sense of urgency from the Bears.

  • In reply to Shady:

Get your fucking shit together Marinelli.

  • In reply to Shady:

Ok, Ron Turner is truly an idiot!

  • In reply to Shady:

    yeah johnny

  • In reply to Shady:

wow! again Turner? same fucking pass plays. why dont we throw up field? why do we keep throwing to the sidelines?

  • In reply to Shady:

pass setting up the run? who writes about that every week? oh yeah, me. fuck you, ron.

  • In reply to Shady:

jay looks like a guy without much confidence. they need to not let philly score at will.

  • In reply to Shady:

Best player on the Bears. WOOT ROBBIE!!!

  • In reply to Shady:

ok...even tho jay missed on both of those (greg should've dove on that one though), their coverage blows ass. if ron is smart (which he's not), he'll exploit that with some PA passes and screens. let's get a stop defense

  • In reply to Shady:

Well at least we got some puntos there, good job Gould...

  • In reply to Shady:

and by the way, really? olsen can't catch that ball.

  • In reply to Shady:

At least turner went down the field... that's all. That was nice. Give it to me when we are on first down and on our 35. Solid gould too. good drive

  • In reply to Shady:

There it was, 3rd and long. Again.

  • In reply to Shady:

3rd and long against - Bears suckage deluxe

  • In reply to Shady:

    Time for Hanie.

  • In reply to Shady:

Wow.. I never knew McNabb was such a pussy.

  • In reply to Shady:

    Sign him!

  • In reply to Shady:

    BELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • In reply to Shady:

damn. where the fuck has THAT guy been at?

  • In reply to Shady:

Johnny Knox is my hero. What an effort.

  • In reply to Shady:

    What the hell was THAT?!?

  • In reply to Shady:

Khalil! Great effort by Knox there!!

  • In reply to Shady:

I hate Ron Turner. And it's time for Hanie - Cutler SHOULD have been intercepted there.

  • In reply to Shady:

What the fuck is a Khalil Bell?

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    my sentiments exactly.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Dave...God damnit, man. Don't be a fucktard. Hanie talk...Jesus fucking Christ.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

No one is open and Cutler is being forced to make things happen and making shitty throws on top of that. Its good to see them bring in some new blood at running back to see if something happens. At least the defense looks more motivated.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

They need 15...so the Bears give up 16. Nice...

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Fuck me just bring house on 3rd and long already!

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Why Ghost? Cutler is fucking KILLING us. That and 3rd down defense.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Bears will win this game with special teams

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    BownMAN! Woo!!!!!

  • In reply to Shady:

Damn it you know what I mean.

  • In reply to Shady:

Am I the only one that feels nervous as hell when our defense faces third down. It just feels like time and time again we give up lots of yards on 3rd down.

  • In reply to Shady:

o wow? i swear Ron Turner and these fucking plays?

  • In reply to Shady:

less than 2 yards per pass for Cutler. You so sure, Ghost?

  • In reply to Shady:

The Bears are awful. Jay isn't accurate, Forte is slow, and I hate Ron Turner!

  • In reply to Shady:

Nice special teams play there... Really?! C'mon guys, fuck.

  • In reply to Shady:

Yeah, Dave. So the solution is putting in an undrafted second-year man who has never started an NFL game and showed mediocre at best skills in this last preseason.

You're right. Let's put Hanie in...

Or, we could get recievers who can get open...we could get a better, younger O-Line that actually blocks...we can coach Cutler to be patient behind that O-Line.

  • In reply to Shady:

On that punt return there was an obvious block in the back right after he caught the ball.

  • In reply to Shady:

    The 'NUT strikes again!

  • In reply to Shady:

    C'MON OFFENSE!!!! FUCK!!!!

  • In reply to Shady:

Has there been a penalty against the Eagles yet?

  • In reply to Shady:

If you can't stop 'em on third downs, steal the rock on first down!

  • In reply to Shady:

    Gutsy Earl, nice!

  • In reply to Shady:

    So many PENALTIES.

  • In reply to Shady:

The calls have been very one-sided so far. Hopefully it will even up in the second half. Oh, and Ghost, do you suppose Hanie would miss Hester any worse on a wide-open slant play?

  • In reply to Shady:

Penalties are killing us. do we have any kind of discipline?

  • In reply to Shady:

Bell is a little explosive! If the O-Line cut down on holding penalties they'd be picking up some real yardage!

  • In reply to Shady:

I AM THE MOST CONSERVATIVE PLAYCALLER ALIVE AND YOU HAVE TO GO FOR THIS.

  • In reply to Shady:

This is a big 4th down. If the Bears go for it and don't get it, Lovie is going to take some heat. Probably close to Belicheck was grilled last week.

  • In reply to Shady:

Maybe Jeff... Robbie would give us 3 here.

  • In reply to Shady:

    C'mon red zone, one time!

  • In reply to Shady:

YOU DO NOT NEED A TOUCHDOWN HERE. GET THE FIRST. CALL TIMEOUT. TWO THROWS INTO THE END ZONE BEFORE KICK.

  • In reply to Shady:

    Smart smart play by Cutler!

  • In reply to Shady:

What is this? A hundred and fifty yard drive???

Between Peanut and Bowman, our corners are earning their paychecks tonight.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Marinelli and the line look better than they did early.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Why does it take this team so much time to get into a ballgame is my question. They're playing well and they get the ball out of the gate here. Take the kick to the house and dominate this half. Save our fucking season, boys.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

"Franchise" throws it out of the back of the end zone, missing the open man in the left flat. And we think it's smart because for a change he did not throw it to the other team.

    *sigh*

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

10-9 at recess & we get the ball back. i'll take it.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Cutler HAS to dump that 3rd and 5 off to Forte. That was almost a gimme 1st down if he completes it.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    @ Dave:

dude c'mon man. this is a field position game.....our D is playing hard, so why rush shit when you don't have to? THERE'S A REASON WHY FIELD GOALS ARE IN FOOTBALL!!!!! i bet you're banging the cade mcnown drums huh?

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Ron Turner is an Offensive Succubus.

    Yeah, I said it.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Bell looked like he was running with some explosiveness I say give the guy the ball and give him a chance.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

1st and 20...Let's run it up the middle. Great. Ron Turner sucks.

Anyone catching what Collinsworth is says about Lovie? He's said it at least twice. "Lovie Smith told Turner we need more running plays, whether they are successful of not."

What??? Excuse me what did Lovie say? IF that is an actual quote then Lovie needs to be shone the door. "Whether successful of not????" Seriously???

Well I'm interested in WINNING Lovie...if it's NOT successful then you DO NOT DO IT! What a Jerk Off..both Collinworth and Lovie.

And if it's 3rd and long for McNabb then BLITZ him for REAL not show it and back off...conservative defense never wins in Chicago.
    BEAR DOWN!!!!

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Ummm, SC Dave should have some kind of blog sanctions put against him for some of the dumbest comments of all time regarding the QB position. Jay is driving us all over the field and not making the same errors he has in the past. He made a bad pass on the Hester double move so let's put in Hanie. Fucking stop yourself Dave. Please.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

I agree. This game is going well so far. There are 2 turnovers and they are both on the birds.

Dave, come on buddy. You're smarter than this. OF COURSE it's a smart play. That's what we've been preaching all week! Instead of forcing the ball into triple coverage he throws it out of the endzone. I'll take 3 points over a huge momentum swing after a turnover and a nice drive down the field. Fuck that shit.

Cutler is a little nervous, and I think this is healthy for him. He'll get back into a good groove, but he realizes he must be attentive on where he tosses that rock. Looking forward to the second half.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Remember this. Cutler is having a brilliant game if Greg Olsen catches the ball. I still can't believe Collinsworth so no problem with Olsen not catching that pass.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

First down, right up the middle, not right, not left but right up the fucking middle. Followed by the I knew it was fucking coming the screen the Devin Hester while the cornerback is playing tight coverage. Audible out of he shitty play calls from upstairs. Way to start the fucking first half!!!!

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Another brilliant Ron Turner halftime adjustment, eh?

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Olin Kruetz is a bum... Do something more than a damn belly flop...

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

My god. It's actually getting comical. Since I defended Ron, he's just gotten worse and worse. STOP RUNNING THE FUCKING HESTER SCREEN.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Kreutz fell down. i'm embarassed for him.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

You had a nice career Olin, time to let it go

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Don't you think the Bears would try a few of those RB screens? The Eagles have obviously prepared for the WR screen...

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

RT @BradBiggs: Eagles CB Asante Samuel has a stinger and his return is questionable.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

So is Posse the ONLY ONE OF YOU that saw Forte wide open in the flat there? Easy catch, and either turn it up to go for the end zone, or run out of bounds at the 4 with a first down. Is that really too much to expect?

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    3rd and 11. Do they gain 12 or 16?

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Dear Ron Turner that wr screen doesnt work

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

But, I'm sorry. I'll go away now.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

get ready boys (and lady); we're in for a long, who-wants-it-more type game

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

i'm a fan of Hester running slants. i am not a fan of the WR screen which makes me sick. i get sick when i see the Olsen goal line fade and the McKie Fullback Out as well that literally has never worked.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    SC....go nowhere. Everybody stays!

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    This is a long kick.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    GOULDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Is this the first time the Bears have had the lead in a game since Week 4 (save against Cleveland)?

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    The Gould standard, thank god...

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

great defensive stop. now let's go score again.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

How the hell is it that Lance Briggs isn't expected to go the the Pro Bowl? He is the best outside linebacker in the entire NFC Central since Wilber Marshall.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    NFC North...sorry...

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    OOOOOOOH....Tim Shaw. Nice hit.
Jay is getting a little pissy and I can't say I blame him. Between the play calling, the gator arms that Olsen displayed on the last series, and Hester and Knox giving up on routes, I'd be a little pissed too.
Cmon D - keep it rolling.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

Cutler needs to stop sulking and show some leadership. He is lacking confidence right now, he needs to pull the offense aside and get them rolling.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

We gave up a second rounder for that stupid fuck?

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

i assume you speak of Gaines Adams and his feeble attempt at pass rushing on that last play? it was brutal.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

I thought he was playing pattycake.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Lovie needs to trade downs for yards

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Lovie you stupid SOB BLITZ FOR REAL!!!!

  • In reply to hollywood1:

That play has killed us all year and Corey Graham, baby.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

That Bears defense is more pumped up than I have seen them all year! The fans are more pumped up than ever too!

    LET'S
    GO
    BEARS!

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Nice leg sweep by fatass Peters. The penalty for that garbage should be a wedgie and the yards.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

    3rd & 14

    BLITZ!!!!

  • In reply to hollywood1:

OK OK Let's do it again Jay.

BEAR DOWN for a 2 score lead!

  • In reply to hollywood1:

see ya kids later, laptop is dying.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Awful throw by Cutler, they should have had the first down with a good throw.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

The offense is lacking that fire. The D is holding the birds back! The Bears have played like they should be up two scores, but they just aren't getting it done. Cutler is rattled. He needs to drink some orange juice and calm down.

FUMBLE! While I was writing this! BEARS' FOOTBALL!

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Orange juice? He needs a shot of whiskey to calm the hell down.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

They needed to convert these turnovers into points. They have barely done anything with them.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Tillman may have to do that 5 more times to get a V here

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

We can still win this...at least we are mixing it up on plays for ONCE.

    I still hate Ron Turner.

    But let's win!

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

It's up to the D now. We've won by FGs before.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    That's it..again the D cannot stop a decent Offense.

Running or passing...they played their hearts out...I'll give him that. Now Jay has to pull magic out of his ass and come back to win. Any bets on how it's going to pan out? (Shutters)

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

dont blame the d tonight. they've been amazing.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    come on cutler

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    Indeed they have. Valiant effort.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Ha! False start at the most crucial time of the game.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    Dont start this shit again....

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    Cutler misses. Again.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    Cutler looks terrible

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    tonight's on cutler

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

yes, because its always on RT. RT always sucks. But he doesn't always suck to the point that you can't win in spite of him. Tonight if Cutler could make the throws that he should, we win in spite of him.

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

His mechanics look really bad right now. I actually think the great Bears coaching has taken a good quarterback and made him worse.

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

We're killing this guy. Killing him. And now it's one stop. Make this stop. They're going to throw.

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

aww shit! this is game right here

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

That wasn't a hold on Tillman?

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

    is was a hold!

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Jay has got one more shot to prove Dave from South Carolina wrong.

    One...more...shot.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

tommie harris sighting. defense did their jobs (AGAIN!!!!!) now c'mon jay. forget about everything else....this is the only drive in the game that matters.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Time for Hester to get one.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

apparently Hester wants to see if Jay has got it in him too.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

    so much for that idea

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Are you fucking kidding me, they called that a block in the back?

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Did anyone else notice that Hester's ass was completely hanging out on that missed pass?

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

    and thats the game folks...

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

    wow!

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

    fuck

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

So much for 2009. Thanks, "franchise".

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Well that's all sports fans. Reality is a bitch.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Sigh. Exactly what I expected. God this fucking season can't be over soon enough.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

painful.... The cutler Bus is gettin pretty short. He just didnt perform tonight. Period...

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

    Oh well.

Look at the bright side, ladies and gents: This is yet one more step toward the removal of Lovie Smith and Co.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Hey, just like Devin Hester, we literally got pantsed on national TV again!

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

CSN sports said they want to take back the cutler trade... I am behind cutler 100% HE IS IN A CRAPPY OFFENSIVE SYSTEM WITH AN OFFENSE THAT DOESNT COMPARE TO WHAT HE HAD BEFORE.... HEY WE JUST GOTTA GRIND IT OUT WITH THIS TEAM BECAUSE I SEE POTENTIAL FOR OUR BEARS.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

what you say is true, but theres at least three plays tonight where he just overthrows wide open guys for TDs. Thats on him, who else can that be on? I'm behind him too, but he was bad tonight.

  • In reply to Rancid:

yea ok dude i understand that but cmon, how long has he been with these WR? and he is probaly so used to playing Ron Turner's 5 yard pass playbook that it made hime rusty...

  • In reply to Rancid:

Haha! Yeah. What could possibly go wrong?

    ????

Get it together Bears fans. With Orton or Hanie we'd probably be 2-8.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

I think we should start a list; I'll take the first crack at it..
    1) Jay decides that no shit is worth sitting behind Caleb Hanie and donkey punches Ron Turner. After serving his suspension, he's traded to MN where he takes over for Brett Favre and proceeds to kick our asses for the next ten years.
    2) Our receivers stage a mass walkout, figuring that it would be better to play for the Las Vegas Hermaphrodites (or whatever that USFL team is named) than to run gassers for the rest of the season. (For the unathletically inclined, that's where you run from line to line, back and forth for conditioning. No one catches a ball! Get it?)
    3) Jay just starts drinking kool-aid all game, and decides to run through a brick wall rather than pick belly lint on the bench. Jay succeeds in breaking the brick wall along with most of the bones in his body. Caleb, meanwhile, is busy going 2 for 18 against the Detroit Lions phenomenal secondary.

  • In reply to Rancid:

Really? are you guys fucken serious? caleb hanie? this is fucking Jay Cutler, give him a break. Shit he is growing with a new team and system. Its gonna take time. Some of you guys just pissed me off. he is a young Qb still, there will be some growing pains. Some of you guys need to fucking just chill.

  • In reply to Rancid:

Well now we get to play"who stays an who goes on this roster" I so tired of playing this game for the last 3 seasons. All I can say is try an enjoy what left of this season because the the off season is a long wicked bitch

  • In reply to Rancid:

This team is young and just needs time to mesh together... Jay is our QB and i mean really what the fuck are some of you guys smoking? CALEB HANIE? REALLY? haha joke of the day.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

I say that if we're gonna bench Jay, just go all the way and run Hester out of the Wildcat all goddamn day. Every offensive snap.
Why not? It'd be about as pointless as starting Caleb Hanie.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

MikeBrownhadaPosse should have his own show....the guy is funny as hell (gotta give him that)

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Well.... nothin much to say. +3 on turnovers and no win.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Sorry guys, this one rests on Cutlers shoulders. He just plain sucked! Slice it dice anyway you want but he just sucked the last 3 games. I'm ready for a Caleb Hanie try out here. It can't possibly get any worse. Let Cutler sit on the goddamn bench for awhile. Might do some good.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Uhm, Caleb Hanie will start for this team on a cold day in hell.
    And I like him!

Basically, I don't "unblame" the d for this game because they spotted the Eagles 10 pts in the first quarter. Until Lovie figured out what the f- was going on, they were marching all over our happy asses, so while I appreciate the effort from quarters 2 to 4 (except Happy Hunter Hillenmeyer getting blocked by Casper on a TD run), they are just as culpable. They gave up 24 pts even with the 3 turnovers. That's ridiculous. Peanut is the only guy that deserves a pass on this game.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

And by Casper, I mean the ghost that must've been blocking him...because I couldn't see a f-cking thing that prevented him tackling McCoy.

  • In reply to Grizzly559:

Cutler left 15 fucking points on the field because of overthrown passes. And the last int everybody could see him concentrating on Olsen. Let the bitch sit for awhile. We're done for this year might as well start Caleb and give him some playing time.

  • In reply to RogerMinton:

Sure, what could possibly go wrong with that plan?

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

I forgot to add the tag.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

It's the Bears season in review.

  • In reply to brandonpurcell:

Do me a favor and go back to the screen in the third quarter to Forte where we're at 3 and 13...watch Olin and Beekman run right past two Eagle defenders in an effort to block AIR while Forte gets stuck two yards shy of a first down.
It's a thing of beauty. I thought that as an OL, your primary function on the field was to block for people who carry the ball.
I used to get pissed when we lost games like this; now, I just go rewatch a few highlights in slow-mo and then laugh at our coaching staff.

    .............

i'll holla at y'all tomorrow. can't wait to see jeff's post on this; glad i have this site as a solace b/c the '09 season was a big disappointment.

one final thought: after this game, i can't blame Lovie for this one. the defense was playing out of their fuckin' minds. what should be LOVIE'S test to see if he stays is if the defense keeps on doing its job. the only coach that has a guaranteed spot is Toub. everybody else? either fired or proving grounds.

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

Nevermind. They're stupid. One drive for it all.

  • In reply to JeffHughes:

    one more shot

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Cutler needs to get his ballz back. He needs to go fast again. he is playing cautious... afraid to throw the pick...

  • In reply to hollywood1:

    CHARLES FUCKING TILLMAN

  • In reply to hollywood1:

Stop letting him call the goddamn plays at this point. It's pathetic.

  • In reply to hollywood1:

    Damn.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

It never occurred to me until just now, but...they have the ability to win this game.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

And THAT Ladies and Gentlemen is why we signed Jay Cutler till 2013.

    BEAR DOWN!!!

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Wow, two big hits by Shaw on special teams

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

Tim Shaw is kind of a Special Teams BEAST.

  • In reply to TheGhostofHalas:

    The crowd sounds great

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    Just ridiculous.
Leaving Afalava on Jackson is just an absolute recipe for disaster. Thanks, Cover 2.

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

    Great throw and catch..... BEAUTIFUL....

  • In reply to MikeBrownhadaPosse:

On the plus side, Bennett has shown alot of toughness and solid hands, particularly breaking that big 19 yrd catch in the first half.
What is with the weird techno music in the J-Cutler red zone interlude
    OMG KD!!!!
