This could be one of the coolest videos I have ever seen. It gave me cold chills to hear it, as it was originally recorded. Prince is one of the greatest musicians to have walked this earth. I never knew Purple Rain went down like this. You can see the depth of the artist in this performance. I wish I could see the whole show now after seeing this 15 minute tidbit. Take a long look at this one, it will be gone soon. This is history...
Update:
If any of the four people that read my blog saw this video, I'm impressed. It was taken down by noon. Good ole' prince! Always wants a piece of the action, and we have small windows to enjoy those rare moments. Matter of fact, go on YouTube an notice that nono of his videos are there. They are all taken down!? Who is going to be hurt by this? Only Prince! Because when somebody is looking for his music there, it isn't available, and they will move on. Why hold on so tightly to that stuff? Wasn't it made to be enjoyed? I wanted to leave you with another Prince song, but I can't. So, I will leave you with another cover of "When You Were Mine," by Dent May...enjoy.

What a strange guy. I'm not as into Prince as I probably should be, but I can honestly say watching him play guitar has influenced me -- the way he moves and grooves all over the thing with ease. It's magic.
Yeah this video was amazing, Prince owns his guitar, and puts so much feeling into it. That solo he plays is all about "the touch."
