Maybe we'll win a series
Against the D-Backs
After losing their opening series to the Pirates, things started out a little better against the Diamondbacks on Monday.
Alfonso Soriano's solo home run in the third tied the game, and a late RBI single helped provide some insurance to help Randy Wells notch a win in his first start of the season.
The only run Wells gave up over six innings was a lead off home run by Willie Bloomquist to start the game.
Kerry Wood worked out of a jam in the eighth, and good Carlos Marmol came in for his second save of the year after bad Marmol's terrible performance on Sunday.
We already know how easy it is to get cheap tickets for April Cubs games.  Although the announced attendance on Monday was 26,292 there were only about half that many fans in the stands.  It was the smallest crowd to watch the Cubs play at Wrigley Field since September 26, 2002, when the official attendance was 20,032.
Andrew Cashner will get his first major league start on Tuesday against Barry Enright
