A big comeback win
Losing with a minute left
Bulls come out on top
They had to make up a huge deficit, and they did ...
Trailing or tied for the first 47 minutes, 12 seconds, the Bulls feasted on their penchant for overcoming adversity, taking their first lead on a Kyle Korver 3-pointer off Rose's feed with 48 seconds remaining. After Deng forced Danny Granger into a missed jumper, Rose iced matters with two free throws with 14.8 seconds left.
Indeed, the Bulls made all the critical plays down the stretch after Hansbrough's strip of Carlos Boozer, dunk and three-point play following Boozer's foul had given the Pacers a 98-88 lead with 3:38 remaining.
Deng snuck inside for a foul and two free throws. Joakim Noah tipped home Korver's miss on his second attempt. Noah dunked off a Rose fastbreak feed. Rose scored on a ridiculous three-point play with 1:50 left, powering through Roy Hibbert's foul. Rose scored on a righty floater before Korver's final heroics and Rose's final free throws.
Where's the description of the Pacers' offense? There wasn't any. Hansbrough's dunk was their final field goal. Their only point in the final 3:37 came on Hibbert's free throw with 2:02 left.
