According to Baseball America, the Cubs have officially come to terms with 4th round pick, LHP Carson Sands, agreeing to sign him for $1.1M, which is $619,400 over the $480,600 slot value.  We had a clue this was going to happen when we posted the picture of his clubhouse locker a couple of days ago....
