OT- Any idea why the Cubs haven't brought up Mills yet? I trust hin more than Maples.

Len & Jim discussed this during the game last night. They said the rule stipulates that a player sent to the minors can't be recalled for 10 games. They noted that Mills was present in the dugout but can't "officially" be placed on the roster until the 10-games is up.
