Main entrance to Logan Square Blue Line closed this weekend for repairs

This press release just came to my inbox this morning:

The two entrances to the Logan Square Blue Line station located at Kedzie/Milwaukee will be temporarily closed from 6 a.m. Saturday, August 13 until approximately 4 a.m. Monday, August 15, to allow crews to perform station repair work.

Station repair work will continue into next week resulting in the late night closure of these entrances from 11 p.m. each night until approximately 3:30 a.m. the following morning beginning Monday night, August 15 through Friday morning, August 19.

During these times, customers will be directed to access the Logan Square station through the Spaulding Avenue auxiliary entrance/exit. A shuttle bus will be available to accommodate customers with disabilities traveling to and from the Logan Square station.
