Of course, with the reduction of the number of seats, and guys like that pictured yesterday, there is at least a 70% chance that this rule doesn't work.
However, I don't know the rules of haiku.
At its simplest:
1st line: five syllables
2nd line: seven syllables
3rd line: five syllables
