Book Sequels That Should Have Been Written

My copy of A Tree Grows in Brooklyn is still dog-eared and highlighted to hell.  It's one of my all-time favorite books, but it left so many unanswered questions: How did Francie do at the University of Michigan?  Did she and Ben end up together?  Did Johnny's music live on through Neely?
