Review: Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up (2019)

Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up (formerly Jack's Pumpkin Nights) returned to Goose Island in Chicago this October! The pumpkin patch is a real treat (no trick) for singles, fang-milies and other creatures of the city that don't vant or have the time to travel all the vay to the suburbs for a similar hallowed hex-perience. Feel like Charlie Brown and go find the Great Pumpkin!

Established in 2018, Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up created a stellar second outing by including even more fiendish fun than last year. Active attractions include the newly extended corn maze that vas made more adventurous vith several photo opportunities, fabulous food trucks serving affordable delicious delicacies, four full-service bars, axe throwing, gypsy caravans, music, carnival games, Instagrammable moments, fortune telling and even an arcade! Oh my Gourd!

I vas impressed that such a vonderful venture can be had right in the heart of Chicago for a fairly decent price of admission. Packages are also available. The pumpkin palace is completely outdoors and open rain or shine. So, just be cautious by checking the forecast first and go prepared vith the proper clothing for the ever-changing city temperatures.

Ghoul job to the creative team of boils and ghouls at Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up. A macabre masterpiece of pumpkin perfection!
