I've always found that some of the best restaurants are the most non-descript. I've been going to one of my favorites for over 15 years. Though my old house was much closer, I still get there frequently because it's by my son's baseball practice and Total Hockey. I'm not too well-versed in Thai food, but when the craving hits, it's all about Thai Happiness.
The adorable owner, I swear the man doesn't age, speaks very little English, but will greet you like an old friend. Once we moved there was lapse in our visits for a while, but when I called in an order several months later he said "Oh Rock, how are you!"
I can never decide between their Chicken pad see ew (love those wide noodles!) and pad thai, so I usually end up getting both & figure I'll the other for lunch the next day (if it lasts that long!). I'd love to try other dishes, but I'm not willing to give up these favorites!
The owners are older & very friendly, but certainly not part of a social media generation. You won't find them online or on Facebook. So, you'll just have to check them out for yourself! Located in a strip mall, but not hard to find.
