Even though I have two kids, I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've been in Toys R Us. It's insanely overwhelming: too big, too crowded, and way too many choices. That's why this toy store is right up my alley.
Of course, it also helps that they also carry great nostalgic candy favorites too.
Main Street Candy & Toys carries unique toys that would thrill any kid, and most adults too! It's one of those rare spots where you hear kids saying "cool!" and the parents exclaim "I remember these!"
The store isn't huge, but the displays are organized, and the employees have great suggestions.
I also love that they don't have an obnoxious kid's gift registry.
Forget the video games and gift cards, I bet you'll find a new favorite toy for your family or for a gift.
Where's your go-to spot for kid's toys?
