Chicago State University: Unveiling of Building Growing Sculpture By Richard Hunt

On November 7, 2012 Chicago State University unveiled the newest addition to the campus. The Building Growing Sculpture by world renowned artist Richard Hunt. Dixon Elementary Cultural Connections Event

On March 9-10, 2012, Dixon Elementary (8306 S. St. Lawrence) held their annual Cultural Connection African Marketplace and Bazaar. The event brings out over 75 vendors and several thousand visitors. The event is a fundraiser for the school.
