UFC Chicago Media Day Highlights

Chicago Bears rookie Jordan Mills was front and center to do a pre-faceoff with UFC Chicago main event Lightweights Josh Thomson and Benson Henderson Thursday at the United Center. Mills admitted to being a huge UFC fan and couldn't help but chuckle during the fearsome faceoff.

Dana White later arrived for the offical Media Day faceoff.

I was able to speak with both Lightweights about their time in Chicago as well as their admiration for Blackhawks winger Andrew Shaw's toughness. When asked what Shaw's signature move would be if he was a UFC fighter, Thomson replied, "He's got a pretty good right hand. Probably dirty boxing, that's how fast he was."

Both Lightweights witnessed Shaw scrap when they caught a game at the UC last time they were in town.

Henderson doesn't seem to be taking in all the Chicago sights as he's focused on keeping his weight down for weigh-ins, "I just stay in the hotel, get down, get as sad as possible..."

UFC Chicago live from the United Center premieres on Fox at 7 p.m. Central.
