Former Bears stars come together to donate Thanksgiving turkeys

For the fourth year in a row, Former Chicago Bears and Pro Bowl Defensive End Adewale Ogunleye is hosting his “Goal Power Foundation” Thanksgiving Event in Chicago. As part of his Foundation’s program he is teaming up with Jewel Osco to provide all of the families at St. Malachy’s After School Program a Thanksgiving turkey and stuffing. In addition to the turkeys, some of the students will be honored during the assembly with a Jewel Osco gift card for their families as part of his Thanksgiving Essay Contest. Goal Power Foundation has provided over 500 Thanksgiving Turkeys to St. Malachy School over the past four years.

WHO: Retired Chicago Bears and Pro Bowl Defensive End Adewale Ogunleye, Retired Chicago Bears Cornerback Jerry Azumah, Retired Defensive End Israel Idonije, Retired Linebacker Lance Briggs and Retired Defensive Tackle Anthony Adams, Chicago Bears mascot Staley Da Bear, Chicagoland Hooters Calendar Girls and guests.
