In what some people are calling a season of uncertainty for Chicago Sky; the team played a competative game against the Conneticut Sun, and won.

Fowles dropped 11 of her 23 points in the fourth quarter, throwing up a tiebreaking putback with 28 seconds left.
Rookie guard Courtney Vandersloot added 18 points, including four 3-pointers, to help the Sky (1-1) get the home opening win.
Michelle Snow and Ephiphanny Prince added their double digit points to help contribute, and Cathrine Kraayeveld grabbed 11 rebounds on the night.
Chicago led the whole game never falling behind and led by 13 at one point in the game.

Connecticut came back twice forcing ties to force two ties, but the Sky didn't let it go.

The Sky are now 1-1 and their next game is today at 7pm against the Washington Mystics.
