IMPROV CLASS FOR THE SOUL: LEADERSHIP SERIES (part 4) by Rachel Hamill

WHO AND WHY SHOULD I FOLLOW
You are the power you are and you have just settled into a plain life.  |: Relax, this will be nice.  Plan on it. :|  Repeat until you are bored and restless.  What to do?  Who and what looks interesting?  The connections we build are important and denote power-building and teardowns of a collaborative kind.  Invest wisely, and fully where it is merited.  This is the dance of two steps forward and one step back.  Like poker, you may decide to bet wisely or you may decide to risk all just for the experience of it.  And just because you did something so uncharacteristically you, you may be so proud, even if you lost.  We never really know the poker hands of others -- when the bluffs are real, when the winner is just a loser with an angle, and when the loser is playing out an archetypal call for help.  It is a game with a structure that can never explain the complexity of origin, motivation, or the re-meeting of relationships dancing to the next level.  Businesses grow.  Relationships progress.  We all agree to another round of life and set our options.

They say you know with hindsight what decisions would have been better.  As you age, you build instincts and know-how to assess in real time.  Don't underestimate your power of allegiance.  Find a vantage point with which to see how alliances and social power is building.  Voting blocks are powerful; business consortiums set supply; social will and lack of affects options for the future.  Each individual needs to evaluate and review the strength and weaknesses of their connections.
