Apparently the writer is obsessed with Michael Cera as he got so many spots on here. There's plenty of others like Anthony Edwards and Linda Fiorentino in Gotcha, Jon Cryer and Demi Moore in No Small Afair, Tate Donovan and Sandra Bullock in Love Potion #9, and there were several cases in Real Genius.
What about the opposite? The "HOMELY GIRL" that gets the "STUD"? Are there any such films?
Kind of, but in virtually all cases it's where the homely girl turns out to be hot when she gets a 'makeover' which consists of taking off her glasses and letting down the hair which was badly tied up.
And she was stunning all along ! Lynda Carter springs to mind.
