First-person, non-fiction fun? Yes, that's the slogan of Essay Fiesta. Hosted by Keith Ecker and Alyson Lyon this monthly series has been generating some buzz for being just that, fun. The next event is tonight, and with a line-up that includes two comedians you can see why it will be so fun.
Comedian Cameron Esposito
Activist and Lifelube.org founder Jim Pickett
Comedian and Second City Training Center educator Bryan Bowden
Science fiction author Bill Shunn
StoryStudio instructor Rebecca Rine-Stone
The event will close with a raffle with prizes donated by Elizabeth McQuern, Mary Wagner and Randy Richardson. All money benefits Howard Brown Health Center. The event starts at 7pm tonight (April 19th) at The Book Cellar.<
