St Patrick's Day Parade 2010
Saturday, March 13, 2010
It's that time of year again to celebrate being Irish! Chicago has a rich Irish background, and to celebrqate the city dyes the river green and has the largest parade in the city! The river will be dyed at 11:45am and the parade will begin at noon at Balbo and Columbus and proceed north on Columbus. If you don't get there early, you will need the luck of the Irish to find a seat because the streets of Chicago will be filled!

If you want to burn off some of that St. Patty's Day drinking that you did at the parade, sign up for the St. Paddy's 5K Run/Walk! If you wear a festive green costume, you may win a prize for the best outfit! And if you still want to get your drink on, well there will be a post-race party at The Trinity Bar on North Halsted.
