Christmas In Chicago!

Are you sick of doing the same thing every Christmas?  Or maybe you just want to be able to enjoy the day without worrying about seeing every relative and having to cook dinner?  Well lucky for you, we have found a few places for you to go on Christmas Day and enjoy your family without worrying about a million other things!   After opening Santa's gifts under the tree, you can head on over to McCormick Tribune Ice Rink in Millennium Park.  The Ice Rink is open from 10:00am to 4:00pm on Christmas dat.  It is free admission, but there is a $10 skate rental fee if you do not have your own pair. 

For those of you who would rather be enjoying your family and friends instead of slaving away in the kitchen, we have a few restaurants for you to kick back and enjoy a delicious meal. 

Aria
Inside Chicago's luxury Fairmont Hotel, is inviting everyone to "take a break from the kitchen" and enjoy their full a la carte menu on Christmas Day, along with special Christmas menu offerings such as slow roasted turkey, apple and white cheddar pierogies, and grilled rack and roasted leg of lamb.
Christmas Hours: 5:00pm-9:00pm
Cost:  Entrees ranging from $18-$42

Drake Brothers
The aptly named steakhouse inside the Drake Hotel, will be offering both a Christmas Eve buffet and a Christmas Day pre-fixed four course dinner with dessert buffet.  Santa and holiday carolers will be on site for both events.
Christmas Hours: 12:00pm-6:00pm
Cost:  Buffet- $60 adults, $30 children; Dinner- $80 adults, $30 children

Lockwood
Located in the Palmer House Hilton, is offering an upscale Christmas buffet with choices such as imported cheeses, a carving station, and entrees such as organic chicken and pan roasted Alaskan salmon. 
Christmas Hours: 11:00am-6:00pm
Cost: Buffet- $55 adults, $45 seniors, $25 children
