Do NOT miss this one. Groupon is hosting its second movie night at Wrigley Field, bringing "The Blues Brothers" to the BIG screen. Head to the Friendly Confines on Friday night for the movie and discounted food and beer. And since everyone is obsessed with these dumb record breakers, attendees can help set the Guinness World Record for "Most People Wearing Sunglasses in the Dark." Don't worry, you'll get souvenir sunglasses when you get to the park.
If you want a ticket you'll of course have to buy it from Groupon. Bleacher or field box outfield seats are $20 each and outfield grass seats are $40 each. If you want the full Jake and Elwood VIP experience, you can pay $100 for a ticket on the outfield grass and two hours of food and drink at the Captain Morgan Club.
I'm not sure how many times Groupon can do this. Alas, there aren't many classic Chicago-based movies. Here are a few of my suggestions for the next film, although I wouldn't call some of these family friendly:
Adventures in Babysitting
What do you think should be Groupon's next movie in night?
