I just can't get enough of these fake holidays, and I have a great one for you: National PDA Day. This day was created by Nivea, the lotion company) in a pretty awesome PR program, but I actually really like what it stands for.
(Yes, I'm aware that what it really stands for is selling more product, but why not look at the silver lining?)
While I'm not a fan of days that manufacture love, I do think we need more of it. We spend way too much time texting and Skyping and not enough time with the people who are actually in the room with us. According to Tina B.
