No holiday spirit yet? Try a Christmas double feature and sing along

Not feeling the holiday spirit yet? Considering it's already Hanukkah and Christmas is just a few days away, you're going to have a pretty miserable weekend if you don't get with the program. Don't worry, I have a fool-proof way to fill you up with cheer.....a double feature of "It's a Wonderful Life" and "White Christmas."

The Music Box Theatre (I seriously love the Music Box) is showing both films on pretty much a constant loop until Christmas Eve. Not only that, Santa Claus greets all theater goers and leads everyone in a chorus of Christmas carols. The lyrics are projected on the screen and music is provided by a life organ accompanist.

The theater has been showing both films every year for 28 years! What began as a fun idea in 1983 has become a Music Box tradition. If you send in a photo of you and friends/family at this event in past years the theater will add you to the preshow slideshow on the big screen.

You have the option to purchase a single feature ticket or a double feature ticket every day, and you can get a discount if you order your tickets ahead of time.
