What's Up This Week: Sen. Collins sits down with Muckrakers; movement on undocumented drivers license bill

Collins on the Record. We sat down with Sen. Jacqueline Collins, who represents the 16th District of Illinois, to talk about her past, present and hopes for the future. Look out for the Q&A this week.

Undocumented Drivers. The undocumented drivers license legislation will be up for a vote in the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure Monday. Then the bill could head to the full House for a vote and, if it passes, Gov. Pat Quinn has already said he will sign it into law.

For Emergencies. The City Council's Committee on Housing and Real Estate will consider Tuesday whether to change the eligibility requirements for the Emergency Housing Assistance Program. The program allows low-income households to apply for funding to help them repair roofs or heating systems.
