After former Chicago Police Cmdr. Jon Burge was found guilty of perjury and obstruction of justice, the Reporter asked Chicago residents about the former cop. Burge and his officers allegedly used electric shocks, beatings and suffocation to elicit confessions. Burge was found guilty on charges that he lied during a civil trial about his teams' use of torture.
Will Burge's conviction be the only justice torture victims get?
The Reporter interviewed Chicago residents George Church, Steve Terrion and Eddie Barber for this story.
