The Law Enforcement Torch Run, along with Special Olympics Illinois and the Woodridge Police Department, in its efforts to support special needs, social, and athletic activities for special citizens, is sponsoring a Triva Night fundraiser on July 13, 2012 at the Bobak's Signature Events in Woodridge, IL. The evening will begin with registration at 6:00 PM. There will be an array of appetizers as well as a cash bar available. All checks need to be made payable to Special Olympics Illinois. They will also be accepting silent auction items donated by anyone.
Trivia, consisting of various topics, will begin at 7:00 PM. Each team will consist of 10 members with an entry fee of $25.00 per player or $200.00 for a team of 10 that is registered at one time. The event will consist of 10 rounds with 10 questions per round. There will be 10 different categories such as sports, television, movies, video games, pop culture, etc... Entry fees can be paid through this website.
A first place award will be awarded to the first place team. In the event that your team must cancel, the entry fee is non-refundable and will be considered a donation to Special Olympics Illinois. The donation is also tax deductible since they are a 501(c)3 organization.

In addition to the trivia competition, there will be a raffle that will be held throughout the night. They will also have raffle tickets available for the Harley Davidson Raffle as well as some other merchandise.
