The Chicago Green Scene

There are so many great local events, fairs, markets and community programs that focus on ways to live more eco-friendly, especially during the Spring and Summer! Every week I will feature these events occurring around Chicagoland (or driving distance from) in the Chicago Green Scene. Many of these events provide fun for the entire family while being educational and low cost.

If you have an event, forum, meeting of the green minds, community outreach or perhaps you & your neighbors are getting together and replacing all of your lightbulbs with CFLs please e-mail me so that I can feature it on the "Chicago Green Scene."

They have a very impressive list of exhibitors and are dedicating a portion of the event to honoring green businesses who are making steps to become more eco-friendly while also helping the local economy to grow.
